Annual LAA Picnic

LAA Summer Picnic – Friendship, Food, and Fun are on the agenda!

Date:  Tuesday, July 8, 2025

Please fill out the picnic form by Monday, June 23rd:  LAA Picnic (July 8, 2025)

Location:  NASA Langley Cafeteria (indoor and outdoor seating)

Time:  4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Dinner at 5:00 pm)

Menu:  

Pulled Pork Barbeque with buns, All Beef Hamburgers with buns and condiments, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, and Mac and Cheese

Vegetarian Option:  Shredded Jackfruit in barbeque sauce (Requests for this option need to be placed when submitting this form.)

Dessert:  Fresh baked cookies

Refreshments:  Ice Water and Iced Tea will be provided.  Additional refreshments can be purchased at Afterburners.

Cost:  $30/person

Payment:  There are two preferred methods of payment listed below.

1) Langley Federal Credit Union Bank Transfer – Langley Research Center Alumni account 796160-S0003 (smart checking) – if you already have this set-up, otherwise discontinued at this time.

2) Check made out to the Langley Alumni Association and mailed to: Ray Rhew, LAA Treasurer, 4017 Martins Point Road, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949
