James Doe is the Associate Director at ReAKTOR, a tech innovation hub serving Hampton Roads through entrepreneurship, workforce development, and regional ecosystem strategy. At ReAKTOR, James leads initiatives that connect startups, research institutions, and government partners—bridging ideas to impact. His work focuses on advancing defense innovation, AI readiness, and the next generation of talent in collaboration with NASA Langley and other regional stakeholders.
